Since 1988, Max Copley has been involved with every facet of business with experience in design, prototyping, manufacturing, wholesale and retail industries. Max started as a computer programmer and CAD Designer back when the First Mac was cutting edge technology. He learned to program and design products at an early age. Subsequently, Max moved to IT consulting and product design for companies, including the Fortune Global 200 company, Moore. In 1992 Max with a great partner and friend, Randy Zimmer, designed a cutting edge product and demonstrated it at CES and got large companies interested in our design. Since 2002, Max have developed products and custom builds in the outdoor and offroad sports industries, including skiing, surfing, motorcycles and mountain bikes.           

Through the years Max had received many industry recognitions as well as advancements in higher education. Max has a A.A. in Business from Fullerton College, a B.S. in Business from CSUF, speciallizing in Systems Analysis. Max received his Masters from APU. Through educational connections, he has been a member of an Executive Board specializing in the development of graduate students throughout the learning process, preparing them to enter the workforce.

Because of the many relationships developed thoughout the years with shop owers, designers, Presidents CEOs, and all levels of personnel, Max has had the opportunity to hone his skill sets of team building and product development. The area of culture strenghtening and team building is one the primary focuses of Max today.

Personal changes happen for all of us but some things do get better with time; wisdom.

Below is  the first cycling product we worked on developing. It was the hardening of aluminum at the square taper in crank arms that can get stripped if overused & undertightened.
